We recently had Erin Halstead represent us in the purchase of three building lots. She was also involved in the sale of a property we owned and then she represented in the purchase of another home as well. What made these deals so unusual is that we live in Maine. Erin stayed in constant contact with us to keep us informed of what was happening in each of the purchases and sales. She was incredible!! We had our complete trust in the guidance and advice she gave us on all of the purchases and sales. She even allowed us to have deliveries to her office for items to go in the new house. She met with the contractor, sent videos, and constantly kept us involved during the building process. I would highly recommend Erin and plan to continue to use her in more real estate transactions in the future.

I would definitely recommend Erin and the Michael Saunders & Company team! This was my first time buying property for my business and she came to the initial meeting with very helpful information and explained the process in a way that definitely showed her expertise in real estate. She has all of the connections to get everything done smoothly, from inspections to closings.
