I would definitely recommend Erin and the Michael Saunders & Company team! This was my first time buying property for my business and she came to the initial meeting with very helpful information and explained the process in a way that definitely showed her expertise in real estate. She has all of the connections to get everything done smoothly, from inspections to closings. She helped me buy my first home a few years ago and is currently working to help with another one for me too. She is super responsive, as if you are her only client!

Erin stuck with me and this was, by far, the easiest real estate transaction I've ever been involved with (out of 6). She worked very closely with my lender, the title agency, and even coordinated the survey, the inspection, the pest control expert... all I had was good news when we talked. I didn't have to worry about anything because she was on top of everything. In every other real estate transaction I've been involved in there has been some kind of "gotcha" at the 11th hour and I fully expected the same to happen here. No way, Erin was on top of everything and always had an answer before she brought a problem to me. I would not only highly recommend Erin, I would insist on her if I had another transaction.
