We have no idea who Erin Halstead is.....or why we are suddenly getting emails from her. We have contacted no realtor here in Port Charlotte / Punta Gorda and would never consider using one all the way in Englewood if we ever would require one.

Erin was a godsend to me when I suddenly found myself having to sell my father's home after he passed away unexpectedly. I am located in upstate New York and with just one phone call Erin was able to assess my needs while I was able to continue with my life. Her approach towards real estate transactions is elegant and thoughtful, always responsive to her client's changing needs and heeding the details. She took time to examine each aspect of my unit to see how it could be improved for staging purposes. She gave me practical suggestions which had a big impact. Additionally, she took time to ensure that professional photographs were taken perfectly from every angle. She carefully guided me on how to proceed so that I would not only get the best price, but also ensure that I would close on my transaction. I look forward to working with her again.
