Debbie and her team were attentive, delightful and awesome to deal with. We toured, negotiated, signed agreements and closed all within 60 days. I would highly recommend using Michael Saunders & Company as your Real Estate broker and more specifically Debbie Daviadoff as your realtor agent. She did a great job for us in helping to facilitate our deal. She was very friendly and professional and provided help when and where we needed it. You recently listed and sold my house at 8711 Grey Oaks Ave, Sarasota. Debbie is an exceptional agent. Our villa was on the market for 9 months with another agent and no offers and very little showings. Debbie took our listing, staged it, kept the same asking price and had it sold within weeks of putting it back on the market. Debbie is extremely professional and easy to work with. 6 stars...if it were permitted! Debbie really helped our family out in finding the right home for us. She quickly learned what we were looking for and was able to steer us into the right direction saving us tens of thousands of dollars. Debbie is very experienced with the market and used that knowledge to get the best price. As a customer, I have to admit that we can be a little challenging. As our agent, Debbie was extremely adept at reading our needs and adjusting. Furthermore, she followed up with us and made sure that no ball was dropped. As for going the extra mile, she not only made sure that we had a few fresh food items in the fridge when we moved in, she also assisted us in getting an item fixed... after we closed on the house. Folks, simply put, you want Debbie as your agent. You will be very satisfied!

I worked with Debbie on the sale of my condominium this year. At our end, we had virtually “no bumps in the road“.However, on the buyer side of the transaction , there were a few delays that I can understand were necessary. All in all , I’m very satisfied with the way things worked out.
