Debbie was a pleasure to work with. Throughout our home buying process, she was always available to meet and was very responsive to all of our questions. There were several issues that came up during the course of negotiations and inspections which could have halted the sale. Debbie resolved the issues to our satisfaction and we were able to purchase our new home. She was also helpful with connecting us with contractors and other service providers. Debbie went above and beyond and met all of our real estate needs!

We first met Debbie when we looked at the house we eventually bought back in March. We never imagined the house would still be on the market in June. As soon as we sold our house in Virginia we called Debbie and found the house was still available. We made an offer, it was accepted and the ball started to roll. We then found out that, coincidently, both houses closed on the same day. This made us nervous but Debbie assured us it could and would get done. And it did. She and others she works with made sure that both lenders and the insurance company were talking to each other and were in sync. We closed both houses on a Friday, the van showed up on the following Tuesday, unloaded and we began the process of moving into our Florida home. Debbie promptly returns phone calls and has a list of people for work to be done. We are now preparing our condo to be listed by her.

My husband, Neal, and I purchased a home in Gran Paradiso while working Debbie Davidoff. I must say that Debbie was outstanding. We bought our lot in February 2019. Through many delays with Lennar and then during this pandemic, she provided immeasurable help and guidance. We finally closed on March 26th of this year but our move was delayed for 2 months due to Covid19. While we waited safely in Ohio, Debbie stayed in contact to check on our safety and provide support while answering our many questions. We appreciate everything she and your company did to help us find the perfect home for us.

Debbie was wonderful !! Probably the hardest working realtor that I have ever known. She knew our house and she knew the market that it was in. We had almost weekly Open Houses. She correctly placed the house in the market to sell, and it sold. I would highly recommend that anyone who wants to sell their house use Debbie to sell it for them. Highly professional in all aspects.

After having a good experience with Michael Saunders Realty with the sale of an investment property, when we needed to sell our residence, we decided to list with them again.
