Beth Ann Boyer has been our representative through three recent transactions in Lakewood Ranch: two purchases and a sale (listing, marketing and closing). Throughout all of it she has been a wonderfully professional helpmate and friend. Although our recent house listing was prolonged, (through no fault of Beth Ann or Michael Saunders), they came through with plenty of marketing and sales effort and got the job done. In addition to Michael Saunders' fabulous marketing program, Beth Ann included an extraordinary number of open houses, an extra agent caravan or two, lots of intra- and inter-agency networking, plus she worked extremely hard until the final closing to make sure that every last detail was attended to in a very professional manner. Her connections with competent handy people, painters, decorators, and the like have always been very useful to us. We are extremely satisfied with Beth Ann Boyer's and Michael Saunders' services, and we consider Beth Ann a friend who we will ask to help us again with any future real estate needs we may have.

Although Beth Ann represented the seller, it was also clear from the very beginning that she was someone we felt we could trust to provide accurate and solid advice to all parties involved. From a practical perspective, Beth Ann received or returned every phone call almost immediately. She established and communicated timelines on a regular basis to ensure successful transaction completion. This was essential in our situation because David and I were concurrently facing the sale of our existing home to the County under threat of eminent domain which created a domino type effect.

Our condo, at 7907 St. Simons Street, University Park, FL., is the second property that we listed and sold with Michael Saunders & Company, whom we consider to be the premier company in the area. Equally of importance to us is our agent, Beth Ann Boyer, who actively worked on the sale of our previous residence and thus the reason for listing with her on this home. She is a dedicated and thorough agent in all aspects of the listing and selling process, always going that extra mile! We appreciate all her help and now also, consider her not only as our agent but a friend. If we were going to continue living in Florida, we certainly would only consider Beth Ann and Michael Saunders & Company for a future purchase.

We first visited the Sarasota area in 2015. We fell in love with the area and knew we wanted to spend more time on the west coast. We are both avid golfers and tennis players and happened to play golf at University Park. We thought that may be a great place to buy a house in the future. We rented in the park in 2016 for 3 months. We loved it. That’s when we decided to start looking at houses and find a realtor. Well, one day we were driving around the park and we saw a woman come walking out of a house we thought was for sale. We stopped, said hello, and introduced ourselves to Beth Ann! We rented for 3 months in 2017 and Beth Ann stayed in touch. As Paula and I moved from casual lookers to buyers, Beth Ann was always there to help us. She kept suggesting homes that suited our style, kept an active portal of choices for us to look at, and ultimately presented a house during one of our ‘conference calls’ in the fall of 2018 as we were preparing for another winter at the Park. Paula and I flew down to Sarasota in October and purchased our home! Now, why the long story: Beth Ann supported us every step of the way. She guided us through the process, as our trusted advisor, and we consider her our friend. You are lucky to have Beth Ann representing your company!
