We have moved quite a few times in our lives both in our former home in Pennsylvania and here in Florida. With all that experience, we can say quite confidently that Carol Simms is the best real estate agent we have ever encountered. She is the model of professionalism because she actually listens to her customers and does everything that she can to meet their expectations. She offers insights and advice when asked, but she never forces her customers into doing anything that is not in their best interest. Working with Leah was such a pleasure! Especially since we had to handle everything from another state! She had a whole list of qualified people from house cleaners, to irrigation and roofing contacts that she was able to bring in. This insured that the house was up to her level of high standards! Her communication skills also helped for a hassle free sale!
