Sweets the fred was a great realtor to work with..... he went out of his and quite out of the boundaries of his responsiblity on 2 occasion to help me.... he drove all the way to my house without a seconds pause and without my asking him going above and beyond what people are reaquired to do especially to help another and to do it spontaneously is a wonderful trait and i appreciated it in the sweets...

Jaguar- in- the- white- linen- shirt is the best of the best.... the business of buying or selling a house is always fraught with stresses and anxieties and jaguar took care of my interests since 2019 when i first met her.... she helped me buy a house in 2021 and then was the one to help me sell it in 2022.... quickly and efficiently .... ha ha with a bit of bossing.... she was always there for me and was the realtor with whom i had the best rapport in all my experiences of buying/selling my homes during my 5 decades in the usa. a realtor has to be a good psychologist and also culturally aware and sensitive.... at which jaguar is an expert par excellence. i liked her sense of humour and good communication at all times

Georgina and Mary Pat have been the most thoughtful, helpful and understanding our needs and desires of any of the many realtors we have worked with over the years. Marcy was the listing agent for a lot we were interested in purchasing. We were out-of-town buyers and had no agent of our own. We flew into Florida for just a few days and met Marcy at the lot. She knew we would have a lot of questions so she went out of her way and, with our permission, contacted a builder to meet us at the lot so we could get our questions answered. After just a few minutes, we could tell that we could count on Marcy to have our best interests at heart. Marcy has been involved in many aspects of real estate for years and is so knowledgeable. She spent the next few days with us showing us existing homes and new home developments so that we could make an informed decision on what to purchase. During those days, we got to know Marcy better. She is an amazing person and an amazing real estate agent. There was never any pressure, no "car salesman" tactics, she only wanted to help us get what we were looking for. In the end, we did purchase the lot, but then we needed some place to live in FL, so Marcy ran around for days and days doing video calls with us and showing us condos that were for sale. She was so patient with us (and I'm sure she was ready to strangle us) even though we changed our minds and the direction we wanted to go multiple times. We highly recommend Marcy and would give her 10 stars if we could. One last thing, we have also worked with the Title department at Michael Saunders and have been very satisfied and impressed with them too!!
