We could have never imagined when we walked into the Michael Saunders Downtown Sarasota office in search of our second home, the depth of knowledge and exceptional customer service we would be provided by Tony Boothby. Tony went above and beyond through every step of the journey from home hunting excursions to working with our builder, providing recommendations to local vendors, having virtual meetings when needed and ultimately, closing on the home. In today's world it is rare and very refreshing to have the opportunity to work with a true professional that genuinely cares about their customers. Highly recommend!!

I give the Condominiums on Oasis a 5 star! I was able to stay in condo 107A. during my 7 month travel nurse assignment! Upon arrival Anna was able to meet with me and give me a walk through and answered all my questions! I found the condominiums very welcoming and safe. My condo was beautifully decorated and comfortable had a great screened in patio and a nice backyard area for me and my dog who travels with me. It was located in a great location close to my work at Sarasota Memorial Hospital, it was only minutes from Siesta Key beach, located in a very nice community. I was able to walk with my dog or alone in the mornings and in the evenings and feel safe. Just down the street was a nice little community that had nice restaurants and a local market all within walking distance. or Publix was just walking distance away also. Anna and her husband David was always there to assist if I had any questions or concerns. I plan to return to Sarasota and plan to stay with them again!

I would never use another agent in Sarasota other than Bibi-Ann. Without going into any depth of details, I am pretty sure any other agent would have dumped me as a client due to some matters beyond my control that sent our process up and down for months. Bibi Ann stayed patient, professional and kind. She went way above and beyond in every way possible and sold the condo fast and for a solid price. She is a jewel!
