I typically do not write a review for anything or anyone, but the outstanding service I have received from my Realtor, Janet Toth, calls for an exception. In the past two years Janet has been my realtor for both the sale of a home and the purchase of one and she has also provided excellent advice regarding the sale of two international properties. When I decided to sell my home, Janet walked me through the process and provided realistic advice regarding the value of the property as well as staging the property for sale. Throughout the sale process, which Janet was able to ensure was short, she worked diligently and continually updated me on the status. And the return she achieved for me exceeded my expectations. When it comes to purchasing a home Janet will collaborate with you to make your desires a reality. Janet is also very well versed at dealing with other realtors. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Janet was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. Her cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence she would get the job done – and she did! Janet’s promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. I would highly recommend Janet Toth to anyone selling or buying a house. She is the ultimate professional and in my book rates 15 out of 10.

I stayed at the Oasis unit 211B for 1 year. The unit is in a great location to Siesta Key and downtown SRQ. The unit is new and has very comfortable beds and amenities. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a rental in SRQ.
