We were extremely lucky to have Denise sell our aunts house. She went above and beyond to help us and the buyer to get signatures, help me with my tablet, drive to the east coast to a paper signed for the buyer then drive back to North Port. Since then, I have referred my neighbor to help sell her house. If we ever have to sell our house, Denise has my business. Her knowledge of the area, schools, anything. She is top notch and all she wants to do is make everyone happy. Ps. You won’t be sorry.

Seiing or buying a home in Florida is not that easy, and it can also presents problems. We were very fortunate to have Laura and Stuart Lawrence recommended to us by a former neighbor. Both realtors have many years of experience and treat their clients as if they were members of their own family. Laura and Stuart can also rely on an international net work of the world wide acting company Saunders, which give great support in legal questions. In our case the buyer had great problems of obtaiing home owner insurance because of hurricane IAN, easements on our property had to be eliminated and last but not least, thanks to Laura and Stuart we got in touch with specialized lawers,who helped us to solve all that problems in a very short time. Laura took care of us as the seller, and Stuart worked together with the buyer. Many questions could be clarified and decided in advance or within the process of contract negotiones up to the closing, because we as seller were constatly in contact with Laura and Stuart from Switzerland via FaceTime and Emails, and we were only present in person at University Park, FL. shortly before the closing on October 26th. I just sold a property using Elizabeth Van Riper as my real estate agent. The property had been a rental for many years and needed a lot of prep to get ready for sale. She gave great advice and managed all the repairs, staging and everything else that goes in to getting a house ready for market. I live in NYC, so I was not able to help other than by phone and email. She coordinated work with vendors, utility companies and contractors. Elizabeth has great communication skills, a personal standard of excellence and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her.

Judy is the best realtor ever. She dots her i's and crosses her t's. She takes care of you through the whole process. She bends over backwards to make things work. We have had 3 transactions with her, and we wouldn't think of using anyone else.

Stacy Hanan is a pleasure to work with! She is highly competent, efficient and leaves no detail unattended to. We had a bit of a complicated situation as we were 4 people, all out of town, having to coordinate our efforts to sell my father's primary residence after his passing. Stacy came in after we had been stumbling along, took charge, and got it done to everyone's satisfaction. I cannot say enough nice things about Stacy. She made a very sad transaction into a pleasant experience.
