We bought our new “forever home” from Elizabeth and it went perfectly. She and her team managed the transaction flawlessly, while at the same time marketing and selling our existing home on day one at the Brokers’ Open house. This may sound like a gush of praise, but it is well deserving. The entire experience was a true study in professionalism. Elizabeth had her arms around the deal at all times, with everyone coming out satisfied. We can say that we are so lucky to have had this gem of a realtor in our corner and we would highly recommend her!

My husband and I recently moved to Sarasota. We were introduced to Fred Sassen through a mutual friend. Fred initially took us on a tour of the greater Sarasota area and explained what the different neighborhoods have to offer. Once we were familiar with the area we were off and running to find the perfect home. Fred is an excellent communicator and incredibly patient. The three of us discussed lists of properties pros and cons, then Fred began setting up appointments for us to tour them. Freds knowledge about Florida homes and the Sarasota area really impressed us. He was able to explain things we were not familiar with in our previous state. Flood zones, hurricane windows(or shutters), different types of insurance needed etc. Fred and his team took care of us every step of the way. His business partner accompanied us in times when Fred was(rarely) unavailable. We always felt we could rely on them to help answer questions or get us into a showing. Their constant availability via text or phone call was comforting. We always had someone we could talk with. With Freds guidance we successfully purchased our dream home on Siesta Key. There is no other real estate agent we would rather work with for future purchases. I would absolutely recommend Fred and his highly skilled team to anyone looking to purchase a home in Sarasota.

Max and Peter Mann are simply the best! They give you everything you could want in a real estate agent. They’re tireless, savvy, professional and resourceful. In addition, they are gracious and totally unflappable under any circumstances. I was closing on a house when Hurricane Ian hit. Despite being affected themselves and facing all manner of challenging situations with other clients, they managed to give the same great service they always do. Max and Peter went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I got the best possible deal and closed on time. And they’re still helping with the transition, even though they’ have no remaining obligations to me. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Eileen is personable, thorough and professional. She is knowledgeable of the local market and if she doesn't know the answer, she gets one within minutes. Eileen knows all the areas and is familiar with the "ins and outs" of each. We have enjoyed working with her as she listens to what you are looking for and finds it! I typically do not write a review for anything or anyone, but the outstanding service I have received from my Realtor, Janet Toth, calls for an exception. In the past two years Janet has been my realtor for both the sale of a home and the purchase of one and she has also provided excellent advice regarding the sale of two international properties. When I decided to sell my home, Janet walked me through the process and provided realistic advice regarding the value of the property as well as staging the property for sale. Throughout the sale process, which Janet was able to ensure was short, she worked diligently and continually updated me on the status. And the return she achieved for me exceeded my expectations.When it comes to purchasing a home Janet will collaborate with you to make your desires a reality. Janet is also very well versed at dealing with other realtors. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Janet was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. Her cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence she would get the job done – and she did! Professional & Trustworthy Philip walked me through the sale of my property process seamlessly and what he had forecasted as the potential outcome prior to listing, was the exact end result (based on his analysis of the market trend). He and I discovered a minor wrinkle in the land survey that I was not aware of when I purchased the property, but Phil navigated me through the issue and we successfully closed shortly thereafter with another buyer. The property market here in Sarasota is hot as we know, but Phil brings with him a confident flair with an exceptional grasp on both value and integrity to the real estate industry.

Brooke was AMAZING with our home buying experience. We were out of state buyers and she made the process unbelievably stress free. She checked daily listings that were within our home buying wants and wishes and was in constant contact with us about those listings. Once we found the home she did virtual appoints with us, was again in constant communication with all the steps of us buying our beautiful home. What could have been an extremely challenging situation buying out of state and not being there to physically see the house in person was nothing but ABSOLUTELY stress free. She has the utmost knowlege of the market. She values her clients and has WONDEFUL abillity of offering of stress free out of state buying that is far beyond anything that is out there.
