One afternoon I took a chance on a whim and walked into Michael Saunders to just ask a few real estate questions seeing that my wife and I are new to the area. And a few months later, we not only have a new, beautiful home, but we also have a new friendship with a great guy. David made sure all our questions or concerns were answered without delay, even after hurricane Ian rushed through. We missed our closing date due to the storm and really didn't know what would happen next. And knowing just like many others here, David also had to start a tremendous amount of debris clean-up, and home repairs of his own, he still made sure that our dream became a reality. Rudy and his team are second to none! Our sale was set to close when Hurricane Ian hit. Being that we live out of state, he kept us posted as the storm progressed and even went to check on our property to make sure that it was buttoned up properly! We experienced many hiccups and delays during closing, but he was always on top of the situation. I can't say enough about the level of customer service we were given as well as the way he handled our property from listing to closing!

Angela helped me purchase my first home and by myself! She made me feel very confident in my decision and only showed me homes that were in my best interest. Angela not only made my experience extremely enjoyable but she also educated me about the homebuying process along the way. 10 years ago, we made a cold call to Michael Saunders as we were planning a move to Florida. Thankfully Diane Fogo Harter was working the phones that day and answerd our call. She not only made us feel welcome on our move, but also worked hard to educate us on the area and find us a home! She is now like family and we have called upon her a few more times.
