First impressions are everything, but follow through, consistency, professionalism, stellar communication, calmness and quality are where the rubber meets the road. Emily Evans was all of these things and more. She was thorough, thoughtful, creative, and accurate in her search. She provided me the listing materials and briefings for each home as we went on our tours together. She posited great questions and made great referrals to other vendors we needed to consult along the way. Emily went above and beyond to ensure every stoned was over turned with my home under contract each step of the way. She surpassed my expectations and previous experience with realtors ten times over. Robin helped us find a wonderful new home in North Port. She took the time 5 years earlier to show us the area and kept in contact until we were ready to purchase. We had a 13 month build while we remained out of state. She was our "Boots on the Ground" keeping us updated through those stressful month. She provided excellent service and communication. Brooke was amazing to work with. We found her to be knowledgeable, highly accessible, fun, friendly, and kind, quick to communicate, a straight shooter, full of integrity, and a joy to interact with. We did most of our work through FaceTime, as we were buying in another state. Brooke was in-tune with the various communities we were looking at, she quickly understood what we were looking for in a home, and she was able to speak to local options for things like shopping, medical needs, restaurants, and outdoor activities. She had connections to all other aspects of the buying experience (finance, inspection, etc.), but she was never pushy & those she recommended were fantastic. We will be recommending Brooke to all we know. She was a class act who was highly effective and efficient!

Not sure if the stars aligned or Providence shone down on us, but we were beyond fortunate to find and hire Karen to sell our parents' vacation home in Punta Gorda. Karen is the consummate professional--she knows the market and all the INs and OUTs of selling property--but she is also personable, caring, and committed to providing a first-class experience to her clients. Among other things, Karen smartly recommended a listing price range which resulted in maximum gain for our parents; put together a top-notch listing with drone video and photos; helped us find a great estate sale company; worked with a handyman and others to get the house ready; personally returned the cable box equipment; and generally held our hands remotely (we live in Greater Cincinnati) throughout the process. Bottom line: Karen does whatever it takes to help her clients. If possible, we would give Karen more stars than "Excellent" because she deserves nothing less.
