I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Greg Zies is very professional, honest & caring realtor. We were selling my dad's house after his passing & Greg made everything so easy. He was constantly in touch me along the way keeping me posted on all activity & feedback on each showing. I will definitely recommend Greg to anyone I know buying or selling a home.

Selling a home can be a highly stressful situation but that doesn’t need to be the case as I found out while working with Elizabeth Van Riper. Elizabeth is the consummate professional — smart, patient, warm and diplomatic. Her fortunate clients are in exceptionally capable hands. My husband and I have had some very good realtors in the past, but Priscilla Adams was exceptional. It's perhaps her attention to detail that sets her apart: no aspect of the buying (and selling, as we had to do both simultaneously) process was overlooked. She was always available when we called her, sending us a text if she was with another client just to let us know she would get back to us, she'd advise us on what we needed to do and when, and she's also very knowledgable on the current market. Plus she's a great person! I couldn't recommend her more enthusiastically.

I want to send a large shout out to Karen for the excellent efforts she provided for us in the sale and closing of our Punta Gorda home. We feel very fortunate that we had a realtor of her caliber as we listed our house as the Florida market started to slow down. Her marketing of our house was a primary reason for getting the many showings that occurred. Her help in negotiations to seal the sale was invaluable. Once the contract was signed, Karen was always on top of resolving any issues from the inspection to the closing. Her attention to details on every aspect of the sale of our house was impeccable.
