Can we give BJ a 10 and not a 5 star rating. Seriously. Our relationship with BJ started before he helped us find our perfect home. He was also the agent selling the previous property we rented for two years. The home was for sale, and this entailed over 20 walk throughs and three open houses. As renters, the inconvenience of such can be overwhelming; not when you are working with BJ. He is professional, respectful, and holds the utmost integrity. Emily was great! From our first conversation, I could tell she was a good listener, excellent communicator, and intuitive in understanding our needs and goals for this purchase. She was very responsive and always answered questions quickly. She was born and raised here, so I felt confident in her knowledge of the area. We reached out to Sean somewhat out of the blue as a friend knew of him. We are located in KY and decided to purchase a condo on LBK. Sean has been great during the entire process. He has been extremely responsive along the way. The technology that he and Michael Saunders & Company use have been great using the dotloop app for signing documents and the software to schedule appointments. While Sean was on vacation he let us work with Cindy and she was great as well during review of several properties. Sean also helped recommend a great home inspector and helped us navigate the FL insurance challenges coming from out of state and had some recommendation on companies to get quotes from. We used MSC Title and Kate was great to work with as well and closing went VERY smooth. All in all we were VERY satisfied and would highly recommend Sean, Cindy, Kate and the rest of the team at Michael Saunders & Company we might not have met.
