Finding a real estate agent who is on the same page as you, understands what you are looking for in your new home and communicates effectively with honesty, integrity and even humor is a difficult task. Sara Boudarga meets all these criteria and soars above. We were out-of-state buyers and frustrated and disillusioned after nearly a year of looking. Sara "got it." She understood exactly what we wanted and professionally educated us about the community and kept us informed about the market. Throughout our search, we found Sara to be dependable and reliable in her follow-through. After we had finally negotiated a contract and were on our way to closing, Sara competently kept us informed of next steps and guided us through the process. Sara sets the bar high for other real estate agents. As we were out-of-state buyers, she went far and above in assisting us with moving issues...even going to our new home before we arrived to meet the truck that was transporting our car! I have done business with Mary Jo for over a decade, going on 6 properties in my family. I won’t do business with anyone else. The good: She’s honest. She doesn’t hold back, and gives honest opinions. She’s very much a hard worker, but she does expect her buyers and sellers to do things in a timely manner. In other words, she’s always on top of things. Now for the bad: Not everyone is like Mary Jo, so use others at your own risk. Personally-I would never consider using anyone else on property matters. She’s trusted, and has become a friend.

I recently had the privilege of working with the five star Realtor team of Stuart Lawrence and Laura Lawrence during the sale of my home. Together they presented a a dream team of unparalled professionalism and expertise.Due to Stuart's savvy real estate strategy and Laura's meticulous attention to detail, my home sold in one week. Moreover, there wasnt any occasion throughout the whole process for which they werent fully prepared or which I wasnt calmly and expertly navigated.Within the next several months or so,I intend to purchase another home in the greater Sarasota/LWR area. That being said I cant imagine doing so without the guidance and tutelage of Laura and Stuart Lawrence.
