I recently had the privilege of working with the five star Realtor team of Stuart Lawrence and Laura Lawrence during the sale of my home. Together they presented a a dream team of unparalled professionalism and expertise.Due to Stuart's savvy real estate strategy and Laura's meticulous attention to detail, my home sold in one week. Moreover, there wasnt any occasion throughout the whole process for which they werent fully prepared or which I wasnt calmly and expertly navigated.Within the next several months or so,I intend to purchase another home in the greater Sarasota/LWR area. That being said I cant imagine doing so without the guidance and tutelage of Laura and Stuart Lawrence. Thats because given the Michael Saunders and Company imprimatur and Laura's and Stuart's proven focus and commitment, I implicitly know that they will be successful in finding exactly what I need and want..within the budget that I can afford.Excellent service and Realtors 5 stars.

Tim is an excellent realtor. When we first met, he asked us a lot of questions, listened to what we were looking for, and customized our needs to the homes he showed us. He was very intuitive and could see from our reactions what we liked and didn't like in the homes he showed us. He could tell we liked the University Park Country Club area and found us the perfect home there. He is not pushy, he is very professional, and pleasant to work with. I have worked with many realtors in the past and by far Tim is the best I have worked with. I would HIGHLY recommend Tim for you real-estate needs He will find you the perfect place to call home.

We were having to make a difficult but necessary decision to sell our home. Needing to downsize, we couldn't decide where we would go. Shelley is amazing! She is professional, knowledgeable and fun. I came to her with some narrow criteria and she hung in there for 14 months off and on, until I found the perfect home. She came to the showings having done research beyond the listing info. She would point out the good, bad and ugly and there was never any pressure for me to buy. But when we showed up at the closing inspection and the older couple was not ready she really excelled. Other realtors would have just called the listing agent and said make it right. She went above and beyond and made it right. She helped them get moved out and worked out a solution to close and fund and get me in the house on schedule. Thank you Shelley! Five stars is not enough.

Toni has performed above and beyond her duties as a real estate agent. Prior to our move to Florida to find a house to buy, we needed a temporary rental. Toni stepped up and made sure the rental we had already chosen was clean, safe and in a good location. She has been with us every step of the way for finding and buying the house of our dreams. I hired Eric to find a tenant for my downtown office building and Eric began working on that and found several interested parties. But he also took the time to find out what kind of price I could get if I sold the property and it was not what I expected. So, I switched gears and listed the property and it was under contract within a week at full price. Eric was attentive and supportive throughout the sales process and I would use him again. I told Eric after the closing that if he had not told me what he thought he could sell the building for (even though I first told him I did not want to sell), I never would have sold and I am very happy I sold.
