Kathleen was absolutely wonderful in helping with the sale of my Moms condo. I could not have done it without her, she helped us get top dollar for the condo and then managed the entire transaction flawlessly. She helped me with all my questions and concerns. It was a very traumatic move for my 85 year old Mom and Kathleen treated her with such kindness and was truly concerned about my Moms feelings during the entire transaction. Sandi provided outstanding service as it related to a virtual experience, from the initial walk through, knowledge and discussion of the market and which points of the contract were negotiable and how so. Provided constant communication via text, email and imaging and was so kind as to have the existing carpets cleaned so our walk through, upon arrival, was a pleasant one. Highly, highly recommend! Linda gets a 5 star. Her team including Sara and Chantelle were outstanding.
