Michael James is the most amazing young man. He not only is knowledgeable about the real estate business, but he is also a great human being. I always felt comfortable expressing my opinions and expectations for the sale of this “retirement" home. Even when he knew my expectations were unrealistic, he listened very carefully and expressed his concerns in a very conversational manner so I felt heard and understood. It was more than a year that Kris had to wait to receive her commission awaiting the build of our new home at Esplanade on Palmer Ranch. Kris was always happy to reply to our questions and concerns about the process and was a wonderful resource for our retirement home search. We live in Spokane Wa. and Susan handled everything for us as we could not make it down. As a Real Estate Broker for 20yrs I know the effort she put out. I was very pleased with all her help. The deal involved a FSBO seller so she had to hold his hand as well as ours. My wife and I were blessed to have her as our agent.

Alison was professional, warm, and extremely thorough in helping us find our new home in Sarasota. In reviewing neighborhoods and “sample” houses, she quickly and accurately determined our tastes. When we were able to see houses in person, her comments and evaluations were extremely helpful. When it came time to make an offer and complete the transaction, we are convinced that it was Alison’s negotiating skills and her overall respectful, professional, and kind manner that ultimately made the transaction a success. Well, this was my 4th house purchased using Brian’s services so I think that speaks volumes. Brian is definitely one of a kind in regards to the superior customer service he provides. If all of your employees are as good as him your life and business are gold.
