From day one until the closing of this sale, Ms. Gurin gave us undivided attention to every detail of the negotiations and, finally, the closing of the sale. She did a marvelous job in finding a team of people to help prepare our home for the showing to prospective buyers. Ms. Gurin added a wonderful and final touch on the inside and outside of the home. We were impressed with how the inside of the home appeared in the photos that were shown in ads online. I am certain that her attention to detail did a lot to attract a number of potential buyers. We have no doubt that we selected the best person to act on our behalf.
