We've been working with Robin for a few years now about purchasing a condo in the Venice area. In working with various other realtors over our lifetime, we can attest that Robin has been and is, the most knowledgeable, professional and communicative of all!!! We completely relied on Robin's judgement and advice in making our decisions, especially with that fact that we live in Ohio and were considering the distant Venice, Florida area. We relied on Robin so much, as if she was making the same decisions for herself!!! Robin repeatedly and consistently provided purchase advice that aligned with our requirements, budget and necessities. We were not the easiest clients, being overly picky at times, but Robin's patience and consistency produced the desired outcome and we could not be happier for it!!! Dan listened to us as out-of-towners. We had a broad area and he showed us the greater Sarasota area AND set up 8 open houses for us to see. Dan quickly shifted gears after learning our reactions and set up other properties to see even though they didn't have everything we wanted--the full Gulf view! (It wasn't in our budget AND have the ability to rent by the week....which we wanted.) He treated us as if we were his only clients, he gave his opinions yet didn't tell us what to do. Fortunately, he found us a perfect house and we jumped on it. He made the process flow easily and I believe his professionalism with the other agent got our deal thru without counter offers and bidding wars. We will send anyone to Dan! Thank you!
