Best realtor ever. She found our perfect property after a 1year unsuccessful search by myself. She helped with numerous unusual issues such as a cattle lease and renter and well system and furniture purchase. She met with us in person every time when necessary, and accomplished all necessary agreements without having any deadlines. She helped us successfully negotiate the best terms with the seller. She is the only one I would want to use in the future in sarasota for any real estate purchase.

Gregory was terrific to work with throughout the process. Very easy to reach on short notice, enjoyable to work with and very knowledgeable about every aspect of the process. I recently closed on the purchase of a house on the ocean on Anna Marie and living in another state I quickly learned that the Florida home buying process was very different from my home state. Toni provided exceptional service. She handled the offer to the seller with ease and made our process very manageable. The referral for a mortgage broker took all the worry completely out of the transaction. Other than signing a tree worth of papers, it was a very easy non-stressful event thanks to Toni and all she took care of during this process. OMG. I don’t think I will have enough space to tell you how I feel about Elisa. She is the kindest, sweetest, most caring person who will go above and beyond her duties to help her clients. I am up in Philadelphia Pennsylvania and she helped me sell my rental property down in Rotonda circle. I have an extremely stressful job, but she kept me in the loop with everything. If something had to be taken care of at my rental property she didn’t even hesitate to go over and take care of it for me. We communicated by phone we communicated by text messaging, she would send me pictures of the property if need be and I was alway being updated. I told her several times that she is my Floridian Angel. I am now in the process of looking to purchase property in Rotonda to move into as my permanent residence and leave this stressful job that I have up in Philadelphia and with Elisa in my corner again, I know it will be an amazing experience, I can truly say Elisa was not only my agent, but she became my friend.
