We chose Michael Saunders & Company because of the firm's strong reputation. We chose Judy because she came prepared to our first interview meeting and responded quickly thereafter with a comprehensive plan for preparing and selling our home. We found Judy to be an exceptional real estate agent. Not only did she provide guidance throughout the process of preparing our home for sale, she also referred us to multiple service people and a painting contractor who brought the house up to selling standards efficiently and at very reasonable prices. Bottom line, Judy found us multiple offers with great terms. We couldn't be more pleased with Judy’s work ethic and her nice personality.

I had high expectations for Lindsay, and she totally exceeded them. The listing process went so smoothly and we sold for over asking price in just a few days. She communicated with us regularly to explain each step of the process, and I loved how she presented our multiple offers with a spreadsheet to highlight and compare important features of each offer. But perhaps her strongest asset is her awareness of how emotional this process can be. It was a tough decision for me to sell the house where I watched my kids learned to walk, and she was so sensitive to that. She gave us constructive, specific advice for how to fix up our home to get a higher offer, while respecting what the house meant to us. We sold our place for more than we hoped or expected, but what's more important to me is that Lindsay really listened to us through the whole process, giving fantastic advice and educating us but never being pushy. I'm so glad we trusted her to sell our house for us.
