I had an incredible experience working with Victoria to sell my home in the Country Club and highly recommend her. As a seller, she really advocated and represented my interests and was unbashful in getting me the top-dollar price with no haggling or drawn out process. I made it clear that I wanted a fair price but more importantly I did not want the listing to sit and go stale. She had the home under contract in 3-hours from listing and full-price, cash with a 2-week close! In baseball terms, she knocked it out of the park with the bases loaded! Very much highly recommend Victoria if you are buying or selling a luxury home in Lakewood Ranch!

We are fortunate to have worked with Larry Cushing in the sale of our first home in the Cascades and the purchase of our second house in the same community. Larry found the perfect house we were looking for while we were in NJ and walked through the house with us on face time. He was invaluable in facilitating our purchase of the house. We relied on his expertise and his judgment. He then listed our original house for sale. Because we were in NJ he and his wife staged the house for sale. We highly recommend working with Tony. We saw as many as 10 properties in one day. He helped clarify what was important to both of us, as well as the reality and operations of the dynamic Sarasota real estate maketplace. He gave good advice for bid pricing, accompanying financial terms and contact options for insurance, title, mortgage and inspectors for us to vet. This was invaluable information as we are purchasing a condo while living in another state.
