Kristen Wheat is a solver of all problems and a great realtor! Our situation involved dealing with the estate of our uncle. He died suddenly and we found ourselves having to figure out how we were going to sell his condo and dispose of his furniture and personal effects. Kristen to the rescue. She explained to us that we could sell his condo as a turn-key transaction, where all furniture could remain on the premises. She even found resources who helped us clean out the garage. And we had to do a lot of this long distance. She worked with our lawyer and was thoroughly familiar with all paperwork necessary for an executor of an estate to put a condo on the market. Then she priced the property smartly and we did very well in a hot market. Closing was done long distance. She was very detailed oriented and there were no surprises. I met Larry at an open house that he was holding in March of 2021 and that's when we started our journey to locate a home for me. There were many obstacles at this time which included a Pandemic, me being rather picky in my tastes, rapidly soaring home prices, and bidding wars. Larry has a very calm and positive demeanor and treated me like a family member. I could tell that he was ALWAYS looking out for my best interests! He didn't give up on me when I took a step back from my search to help family with health issues. When I was ready, we found the perfect home for me but not without the challenge of going up against 6 other offers! In this crazy market, one needs a Realtor like Larry with knowledge, expertise, experience and patience. I would recommend "my friend" Larry Cushing to help you with your Real Estate needs! :)

Hands down the best in the business! Cheryl is the best agent in the business! She was able to listen to our needs and narrow down our search as to not waste our time on homes that would not check all of our boxes. We put in 9 offers before one was accepted. Cheryl was patient and detailed through all of them. She was very honest with us about items during viewings that we were concerned about being repairable or not. She knows her area and how to work with contractors to get inspections and repairs done correctly and timely. She will absolutely be our go to person if we are ever in the market again. If you want someone on your team who has YOUR best interest at heart and not just interested in a commission, you need to call Cheryl.

We cannot say enough about how WONDERFUL Cheryl was as our realtor!
