Best Realtor Around! Philip was recommended to us by a close friend of ours. With this being our first house buying experience, we wanted someone that was knowledgeable and aware of the market conditions. Upon our first phone call with Philip, we discussed what we were looking for and all of the details needed. He immediately got to work trying to find our perfect home. He was in constant communication with us, regarding new houses hitting the market and as everyone is probably aware houses didn’t last long. Philip’s knowledge of real estate was very helpful as he understood our needs, what we wanted in a house, all the way down to the contract details and what would appeal best to the seller among the multiple offers. His attention to detail gave us the ability to find our PERFECT home and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. We are so happy we have had the privilege to work with Philip and are excited to use him again in the future.

We met Reatha by chance, and are soooo glad we did!! Being out of state made it a challenge to sell our home, but Reatha helped us with every step along the way, even when we couldn’t be there in person. She was so helpful, caring and thoughtful. I don’t think we could have made the sale without her and her wonderful husband helping us!! I highly recommend Reatha for everything real estate related!!
