I retired and sold my house in Pennsylvania. My wife and I moved into a hotel and began the process of finding a home. We called a few different realtors and chose Taylor. That decision made our home buying easy going. Taylor had us out the next day showing us properties and put no pressure on us. When we would ask his opinion he would be honest and point out things that would be problems. He knew the area and was so helpful with his advice and candor. We found a home in only one week. We did not have a inspection contingency but did have one done and Taylor suggested even though we had no contingency, to push for repairs. We did ask for several repairs and Taylor pushed and had the seller fix them. Settlement was a breeze and afterwards Taylor knowing I was handicapped bought us a automatic garage door opener out of his own pocket and even came over and installed it. My wife and I highly recommend Taylor!

We highly recommend Debbie Daviadoff . She was very professional and friendly. Debbie is very knowledgeable about the Palmer Ranch area. She explained the market to us, suggested a sales price, and staged the condo to be more appealing to prospective buyers. The condo quickly sold at the asking price. We know the market is hot right now, but believe Debbie should be commended for the excellent job that she did making this a smooth transaction.

Kevin constantly displayed his knowledge of our unique island sale and any issues that needed to be addressed. Without Kevin, we would not have been as successful aelling our property.
