Mrs Janis Collier was extremely helpful in helping me find a new home. She went above and beyond in her helpfulness, including finding details of an appropriate fridge to order and putting me in contact with purveyors of a screen for the lanai and shutter services. She has a kind and friendly disposition, in addition to being very energetic as a realtor. She can be recommended unreservedly. Her husband Ron, who is an attorney, was also most helpful in his expertise. I will go to Janis should I need Realtor services in the future.

They are serious cash buyers that came through your home. Ultimately they have to decide between Bonita/Naples and Venice and I will stay in touch with Audrey to let her know the outcome. I am compelled to reach out however because of how incredible your Realtor is. She went above and beyond to get me everything I needed for a successful showing. She had lights on (only home in the entire tour that did) and it showed beautiful because of that. She offered to meet us at the amenity center and made herself available without overstepping. True to her word, Audrey arranged her schedule to accommodate our limited time in Florida. She was organized and provided most of the details for the communities we were considering. The information she did not know she found for us in a timely manner. The whirlwind house shopping was fun, exciting, and exhausting. We would do it all over again with Audrey. She is easy-going, tolerant of my incessant questioning, has great follow through and truly became a friend in the six or so days we were with her.

My experience with Debra Gurin was absolutely 5-star. She is a total professional...and after spending 3 full days with her running around various towns & cities from Punta Gorda/Port Charlotte and up to Venice/Sarasota areas, I returned to LA yesterday with a signed contract for a home in Sarasota. I am SO very happy (and relieved--given how absolutely crazy the market is now in the area). Debra was flexible, patient, knowledgeable, calm, prudent. She offered very good advise and strategy. She is a great listener and really understood what I liked/did not liked and pivoted accordingly. She was also very sensitive and cooperative regarding my request to maintain health & safety protocols (with Covid). This meant that I did a lot of "following her" in 2 separate cars which, of course, is less than ideal...but she totally was respectful to my sensitivity around such. Debra appears to work tirelessly---very late nights, early mornings, weekends. I really felt like we were very in sync and became true partners in the search process.
