It has been an absolute pleasure having Ron represent my property in Venice. Selling from out of state I had many concerns and questions. Ron was there at every step, whether overseeing upgrades to the house or modest repairs. Ron certainly went above and beyond, in every way. If you are looking for am extremely flexible and fast communicator, Janet is it! We had very good communication with Janet prior to our move but boy did she pull out all the stops once we arrived!!! She responded to my 6:30am texts when we found a house that went on the market! Now that is service! No problem seeing houses on the same day and returning later on in the day for a second showing. Once the contract was ratified, she continued to guide a smooth process and we couldn’t ask for anything more! Thank you so much!

I am not normally one for reviews, but Ron definitely earned a good one from me. He handled the prep of our property wonderfully. His market analysis was spot on and he deftly handled a number of rather challenging offers. His guidance and professionalism made the remote sale of our property smooth and painless. I would recommend him highly and I will absolutely be using him in the future.

Jackie worked hard to get this sale completed. She was available at all times, I needed to talk with her or get info. This includes well she was on vacation, in the evenings, weekends and holidays.

We were very fortunate to have Angela Lista as our agent. She was in contact with us in New York by email and phone almost everyday. She was relentless in scanning the market for homes we might like. So very important was Angela’s honesty and opinion. If she did not feel good about a home or the area she did not hesitate to explain why. Coming from out of state that is very important. We were able to find a home when we visited the area. Angela spent 4 days with us and we finally were able to find our home. We eventually closed on the property. During the whole process Angela was so helpful. Always on top of every issue. Never missed a beat. And then… she’s a great person and so much fun to be with. I absolutely highly recommend Angela. You will not be disappointed.
