Malihe, you are a busy successful agent yet you dropped everything when I casually asked you about condos for sale in the complex. You offered to show me one that very minute. The condo was so artfully decorated (by you) that we fell in love that instant. It was a multiple offer situation and, we ultimately were able to purchase the unit. You remembered that we had asked about a particular type of unit and when one became available, you let us know immediately. Again, we fell in love and you expeditiously prepared a full-price offer which the Seller accepted. We considered keeping the first unit we had purchased but ultimately decided to sell it instead. You handled that sale expeditiously as well, getting us a higher price than what we had paid. Throughout these experiences, you were always prompt in responding to our many questions. We always felt that we were in good hands and that your many years of real estate experience would solve any problems we encountered. I just want to express my gratitude and compliments to Maureen Doherty for all the hard work she did in helping me purchase my condo. She is tireless and such a joy to work with! I received the MLS notices, but she often beat me to it in spotting a condo that was within my requirements, and then she wasted no time in making an appointment to see it. Marianne listed my home in August 2020 and sacrificed 8 months of Sundays hosting an open house every week. Her wonderful marketing plan resulted in 92 showings until I received an offer for 92% of my asking price. Her work didn't end there. Once the house went pending, she attended the appraisal, the home inspection, and the follow-up inspection. Marianne was very helpful in assisting me on the deficiencies found, and who to contact for the repairs needed. Finally, Marianne contacted the sanitation department on my behalf to ensure that all my garbage, and there was a lot, was picked up before we closed. In closing, I recommended Mariane to several of my neighbors that are considering selling since she established a new comp for the neighborhood. We had a really great experience with Jennifer Thompson. We interviewed a few agents, but Jennifer listened and was truly interested in what we wanted and to know a bit about my family to make sure she showed us houses that might truly be a fit. Being out of state, she helped explain Florida real estate laws and practices and was very good in some of the give and take needed to get the sellers to agree to some of our inspection wishes. This is the third house we had purchased, and it was by far the best experience. I cannot say enough about Jennifer.

We were very pleased with our experience with your services and especially with your sales associate, Barbara May. She did a great job pricing and marketing our property and we were delighted to get a full price offer within a week. We were especially impressed that Barbara found a buyer who saw the property as more than a building lot. She protected our interests, anticipated our concerns, and was always considerate of our tenants on Boyce, which was important to us. She kept us well informed and was conscientious and professional. It was as easy and pleasant as selling a property can be.
