Tryla did an excellent job helping me with all of the details involved in getting a home ready for sale. She offered good suggestions on which things I should leave out and which things I should tuck away. She brought over moving boxes to help with the job. She did her best to get many people to view the home. She was cheerful and friendly throughout the entire process. I appreciate her help. I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

From the moment we were introduced to Lisa we knew we were in good hands. Lisa was in charge of many of the logistical details of completing the sale of our condo and was one of the most thorough people we have ever met. We were very impressed with her ability to keep us apprised of every detail that needed to be addressed and to follow through to see each item successfully completed. Lisa was our liaison with the Beachplace administration, our rental agency, our lawyer, the Town of Longboat Key, and the prospective buyers among others, and saved us hours of time that could have been spent on the phone navigating the administrative details of selling our property.We had a specific picture in the condo that held sentimental value for us and Lisa went above and beyond to locate the said picture, remove it from the condo and relocate it to our home in Sarasota. It seemed that any request we made or any detail that needed to be addressed was executed in a timely manner and no request was outside of her scope of ability. Lisa was very cognizant of the fact that we were trying to execute this sale from Canada and she was able to decrease our level of anxiety greatly.

Debra kept us apprised of the real estate news and sent us listings that she felt were comparable to our unit. She knew that it was a seller’s market and suggested a price that we could probably get for our unit. My husband and I both thought it was way overpriced but we also felt that Debra knew her stuff and so we agreed to list for 90 days to see what would happen. After only hours of being listed, we couldn’t believe it when Debra brought us a full-price cash offer with no conditions! We were “gobsmacked” to say the least that Debra had delivered exactly what she had promised. We couldn’t have asked for a more thorough, detail-oriented agent to initiate, proceed through the details and conclude this sale than Debra. She succeeded where others had failed to sell our property and we only wish we had met her sooner! When others ask us to recommend an agent to buy or sell their property, Debra is the person we will suggest.
