I don't even know where to start with the great things Amy did for us in our search for our new home. The list is endless. It all started with a phone call to Amy on a cold Chicago afternoon in January 2021 and ended on June 1st when we closed on our 'perfect' home. The story is too long so all I will say is Amy Gonzales is a ROCK STAR. From taking the time to get to know us to weeding out bad houses to finding us our 'forever' home Amy did it all with a smile, courteousness, and patience. I would recommend Amy Gonzales to anyone in the market to buy or sell a home. She is hands down the only person I would recommend for the job.

Barbara Millan is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. She was honest and forthright-no games. We felt lucky to find Barbara. Wow! made buying a house such a breeze. Home buying can be traumatic and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. Barbara was professional and personal! She never made us feel uncomfortable and helped us every step of the way. Barbara is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She really cares about her clients as well as the community and neighborhood she lives in. Barbara explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer, to working with the inspectors including the title company. This made it really easy to move into in less than 3 months.

I had the extreme pleasure of working with Michael Moulton on the recent acquisition and purchase of our new home in Sarasota. Michael was extremely knowledgeable about all of the areas we considered. We always felt he had our best interest in mind. He was very gracious throughout the entire process. He visited multiple homes and did virtual tours as we were out of state. He prepared several offers for us before we were selected by a seller. He made himself available on weekdays as well as weekends and was always prompt in returning calls or emails. I give Michael a 10/10 and we would recommend him to all of our friends and family! We had a fabulous experience with him!

I highly recommend Michael Saunders & Co every chance I get! In particular, I recommend Rudy Dudon. He’s the best realtor I’ve ever dealt with. And I bought and sold many properties in my former State of Vermont. Rudy has handled at least 5 buy/sells for us here and we wouldn’t think of going with anyone else!
