Ryndie Brusco did a wonderful job supporting our search for a home. It ended up with a decision to build, so she was involved with the purchase of our building lot and selecting our builder, John Cannon Homes. She was very knowledgeable and gave us critical insights on making the purchase and builder decision. She continues to remain engaged with JCH and us as we finalize our build contract. I expect she will support us through the completion of the build and final closing down the road.

The last real estate transaction was the 15th home I have sold and purchased. I have had many good real estate agents work with me, but this last experience with your firm was by far the best. Kristen Wheat set the standard. She is truly a professional who listens, has compassion, gives straightforward opinions, and thoroughly understands the market. I worked with Anja for approximately 3 months to purchase a condominium in downtown Sarasota and in these 3 months, Anja has gone above and beyond for me and my girlfriend looking at properties, analyzing the marketplace, and helping me throughout the entire purchasing process. Meghan is a wonderful, kind, and friendly person. We were referred to her by a mutual friend and we are so thrilled to be fortunate enough to have her assistance. Obviously, deep expertise in Sarasota real estate and market knowledge. But, aside from all of the tactical values she possesses (professional, great communication, excellent market guidance, contacts for inspections, etc), she is just a good person who truly seemed to care about our satisfaction and guided us through the process of finding a home in Sarasota. Terri and Rita both went the extra mile to prepare and maintain our condo for its sale. They worked with a difficult association board with great skill and diplomacy and were always there if we needed anything.In addition, they worked with some very difficult buyers who did their best to upset us all. They came through with flying colors.Michael Saunders is very fortunate to have such hard-working and talented people working with them!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Magda Welton and her assistant. They went above and beyond to help myself and my uncle with the sale of his home and then the sale of his condo...My uncle is very ill and he was treated with the best care and help the whole process. Magda kept in constant touch with me the whole time and helped me through the process especially since I was working from Texas to get this completed. I could not have asked for a better person to walk us through this and get it done as quickly as needed... I would recommend her to anyone and if I ever had need of services again I would definitely use her.

We were extremely pleased with Barbara's services in identifying and purchasing this condo. Barbara was exceptional in the professional way in which she did her job. She was recommended to us by a friend, Mark Spiegel, who had purchased a condo in Sarasota in 2018. I first contacted Barabra in late 2020 and talked with her about the Sarasota real estate market and our interest in purchasing a condo there. We came down to Sarasota in early March after we had been vaccinated and spent some time with Barbara looking at different properties. Based on our earlier discussions with her, she made very good choices of the properties that we looked at. The one that we wound up buying just came on the market while we were in Sarasota, and Barbara called me the night before to make a change in the following day's schedule to see this condo. This condo fit our needs perfectly, and we made an offer the next day that was accepted. We will certainly recommend Barbara to any of our friends that might be considering purchases in the Sarasota area.
