Doug Parks is a consumate professional. He has excellent market knowledge. But more importantly to me than that is that Doug is a sincere, trusting, and very nice person. I consider myself extremely lucky that the first real estate sign I called on down in Lido about 6 years ago was one of Doug's listings. Earlier this year, we lost both parents, and quickly found ourselves in the middle of an estate issue. The property needed work, and with us still in SE Michigan, we did not know where to turn. One of the residents of their building suggested we call Doug, and it turned out to be the best move we could have made. After speaking with Doug for a few minutes, if felt like we had known him for years. Any issue that came up, Doug had an answer, and steered us in the right direction. In a remarkable about of time, the property had been emptied, repaired, carpeted and painted. Doug also found a buyer for us, and got the best possible price for this property. Laura and I have worked with Doug on three transactions within the last year and a half and have benefitted greatly by his knowledge,contacts and hands on style. It was a pleasure utilizing Doug and The Michael Saunders Co. for our search in the Sarasota beach area. He was very intune with the market and the associated building details on all the condo's in the area. His personal knowledge helped us find what we believe is the best building " St. Armands Tower South " which we now currently own. We presently reside in NJ, Doug made this long distance transaction very comfortable for us as we were able to go through most of the entire process including the closing without having to fly back n forth multiple times which helped to save us considerable travel dollars. We would most certainly use Doug for all future purchases in the area's that he covers. 5 Star Rating...
