Can't say enough about the experience of working with Hans & Becca to sell my home on Boca Grande. Each of them went above & beyond to make sure the selling experience was as easy as possible. Hans was astute at setting the price at the initial listing & counseling on adjusting that price once the market started changing. He was very hands-on when it came to the preparation for selling by either doing the work himself or finding contractors to get the job done in a timely manner. Becca certainly outdid herself when it came to making the sale happen. Not only in the initial preparation of materials for the listing, but once the offer was in place literarily driving hours to facilitate the completion of documents. I'd like to share this letter of sheer extraordinaire realtor Barbara Milian aka BAM in the Michael Saunders world. What could have & should have been a very simple & straight forward sell of a condo in LWR turned into a challenge of constant creativity due to the "strange" market. Barbara preserved all 10 months since onset of initial listing, as if it was her first seeing of the condo. Her diligence, constant smiles & positivity were endless. Tammy was the BEST! We listed our house, sold and closed in less than 30 days! Which is unheard of in todays market. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND with helping us personally and professionally. We found Brooke while looking on some sites for a second home in Longboat Key.She was quick in responding to our questions and she found a bunch of homes for us to look at. After the second time out with her and her husband Andy they showed us a home that they knew we would fall in love with and we did. The house is beautiful, it’s right where we wanted to live along with all the amenities we desired. With her, we made an offer that they knew would move the seller to accept.From beginning to end the entire process was seamless.
