Robin is exceptional in every way. Her professionalism is beyond any I've experienced. Her personal concern and attention to details, seeming to know what we want better than we do, has given us a great experience so far. Her patience with our slow and delayed action keeps us calm and ready to continue on until we find ourselves living in Venice!

My husband and I were very fortunate to have Janet Oberholtzer as our real estate agent. We wanted to find a home in the Venice area that we love so much. And we found the perfect home with her help. She is very knowledgeable, dependable and patient (as we had many questions). She guided us through our closing with no problem. Her areas of expertise in the housing market is vast; she has done her "homework" so to speak. And most important, to us, is her personality which is warm and friendly; always smiling. We highly recommend Janet; you will not be disappointed.

I am pleased to share my experiences about my recent house sale. When looking for a realtor, I immediately called Leah who lived in the neighborhood and had answered questions I had had in the past. Leah knew Glenn Lakes and was on top of the rapidly changing market. She listed and got my asking price within a few days. Prior to the sale, she made excellent suggestions of improvements I should make to the outside of the property. She also put me in touch with local trades people who could complete the work. She answered all my questions, kept me informed through the whole process, and was very easy to work with. This was all accomplished without me leaving Connecticut. This was my seventh sale of property, and it was by far the easiest. Leah was great to work with!Sincerely,Jane Barrera

We worked with Joseph over the past several months during our relocation from New England to Sarasota. We partnered with him based on his extensive knowledge of the area and his professionalism. It got even better from there as he has been extremely insightful, constantly helpful and most importantly, a calming force during those hectic and stressful days. One of his best qualities is that he listens first, provides alternatives to consider and represented us so extremely well. Along with being highly ethical, possessing such a relaxed and kind demeanor; he was always patient with us throughout the process.Rey and I are so thankful that he helped us find our new Florida home!

Elisa was great to work with during the sale of my home. She was attentive, thorough, extremely engaged, and a great sounding board. There was nothing I needed which she did not provide. From coordinating showings at the beginning to working with the Closing Agent at the end, she was also very present. I would not hesitate to use her again.

My wife and I would like to express our gratitude to Larry Cushing, our real estate agent for helping us find a home in Sarasota, Florida. His timely and so often help in issues like inspection, insurance and loan are some of the areas that things could not have moved smoothly without his timely intervention. We would also like to thank him for introducing us to a wonderful team including Cathy, Gris, Erin and Salena who through their hard work made this homebuying memorable. Larry is an excellent real estate agent and more than that he is an excellent human being.

Stacy Haas came highly recommended to us by other friends who had moved to the Lakewood Ranch area. She immediately proved to be a very organized and focused realtor with exceptional attention to detail and a very detailed knowledge of the Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch areas. Stacy listened to exactly what we wanted, and didn't want, in a house and the properties that she showed us were spot on. She very quickly got to know us and out tastes and her recommendations were exactly what we were looking for in this area. Stacy also proved to be an excellent negotiator and someone who could absolutely "close the deal" in a very tough market for buyers. I would highly recommend Stacy to serious buyers who are looking to relocate to the Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch areas.
