My wife and I recently moved down to Sarasota from NJ in October 2020 and had the good fortune to meet Matt Voss. He was recommended to us by a trusted friend who knows Sarasota inside and out. We didn't know the area all that well, didn't know what neighborhood we wanted to live in and weren't sure if a condo or SFH was right for us. Armed with our woefully insufficient specifications, Matt began his search for our perfect home. Needless to say, we looked at a lot of different properties in a lot of different areas from SFH's to condos and townhouses. We hit every development we knew about and many others on Matt's recommendations. His knowledge of the area is second to none and he was very patient with us. He even took a bunch of our friends out for the day in a Suburban to look at properties with us. I feel that we didn't give him much to go on but he stuck with it and we were finally rewarded when we closed on a beautiful condo on Siesta Key in early July. Matt was great throughout the loan process (which he helped with) and the closing as well. In fact, he even recommended the contractor we're using for renovations and has continued to help with that process as well. I have worked with many realtors and I have never had a smoother and more professional handling of a real estate transaction prior to June Howell. More importantly, complex problems came up in my last transaction where June solved them in the most sage and measured way. Somebody that can smooth wrinkles and keep a transaction moving forward where all parties ends up happy is truly a gem in the real estate business. This pro EARNS your business!! I wish I could give her 6 stars instead of 5.

Robin was an immediate wealth of knowledge from the initial connection. Normally I am not fond of robo calls … thankfully I was connected to an agent like herself that could answer my questions regarding a first time home purchase. When you know, you know ! Irene was so helpful with any questions we had as first time buyers. We can't say enough about how fabulous Elizabeth is as a person and professionally. We first met her by phone and her enthusiasm and knowledge impressed us immediately. We started looking by re-mote and e-mail from our home in Indiana. After a number of e-mails and some face time walk-throughs, Elizabeth zeroed in on exactly what we were looking for. When we finally came down here to look, Elizabeth showed us the area and was able to show us a number of spot-on homes (even in this very tough market). When she found our dream home, she helped us construct an offer which was accepted against other offers. Her followup with inspections and closing issues was terrific. Elizabeth's communication throughout the process was excellent and she was very helpful in providing us with services and information about the area. We are so fortunate to have had her as our realtor and we highly recommend her.
