We had a really great experience with Jennifer Thompson through our purchase of 4872 Antrim Drive in Sarasota, FL. We interviewed a few agents, but Jennifer listened and was truly interested in what we wanted and to know a bit about my family to make sure she showed us houses that might truly be a fit. Being out of state, she helped explain Florida real estate laws and practicing and was very good in some of the give and take needed to get the sellers to agree to some of our inspection wishes. This is the third house we had purchased, and it was by far the best experience. I cannot say enough about Jennifer.

Philip and his partner Wayne are the best! Every question I had, every phone call or text I sent......all answered with the utmost patience and clear answers. He even helped me sell some of my furniture. First rate service. I loved my home and it was hard for me to put it on the market but Philip and Wayne encouraged me and confirmed that I was doing the right thing for me at this time in my life.

Cheryl Roberts recently sold our bay front home for us. Although it is a booming market our home was large and in a higher price range, requiring the right qualified buyer. She found our perfect buyer and knew just how to navigate all the steps of the negotiations. It was even more complicated with furniture being included and a leaseback. Lots of details and issues which she deftly handled. She was wonderful to work with and was so helpful with our questions. Her knowledge of the luxury market and our home was over the top. She was very kind and thorough and we would highly recommend her.

When I had to sell my property after the loss of my mother, I was truly grateful to work with Skyler. He was very understanding, kind, and knowledgeable. All the things I needed at this difficult time. I wanted to sell quickly and quickly it was ! As soon as I was ready, Skyler had pictures done and the property listed. He always worked with me and made things so easy on my end. Always there to answer any question I may of had. Needless to say the property sold extremely fast AND above asking price ! Elisa was extremely flexible with us and we kept pivoting in this market. Our initial thought was buy something on the "keys." However, we pivoted and chose something downtown and a new build. She worked diligently to secure what we wanted...lots of emails back and forth for this new build. Always was patient with us and explaining every step of the way. She is professional in all her dealings and has your best interest at hear.
