We wanted to reach out to express our pleasure with working with Nora Johnson, Klaus Lang and Kimberly Dunn for the sale of our unit in The Mark. They were extremely communicative, professional and responsive during the entire process of our listing. Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed working with Klaus and Nora. We feel they gave us good advice on pricing and during the negotiations. They were receptive to our ideas about photos and wording of the narrative, and one of them personally conducted each showing. Customer feedback we got was that their patient face time helped make the sale. The ultimate sale was to an internet buyer from out of State and the lead came through the Michael Saunders network.

Jennifer was perfect for our needs. We found her strictly through online reviews based on what we were looking for in an agent. She worked with us remotely before we were in Sarasota. Took us around to see multiple places with her full attention. Answered all our questions and gave us her opinions as we got to know each other. Months later, she went out of her way to walk on the empty lots available so we could see the different views through her iPad. We purchased a place and are very happy. She made the buying experience much easier for us.

Jennifer asked the right questions to understand what I was looking for in purchasing a house. With the real estate market as fluid as it was (is), Jennifer kept right up with houses coming/going on the market. She was "good to go" from start to finish; searching, walk-throughs; communication; final closing. We met Doug 8 years ago when we purchased our home on St Armand’s Circle. He was the buyers agent. Doug was professional and quite knowledgeable about the area. 8 years later we listed our home and it was an easy decision for us to have Doug represent us as sellers.
