My husband and I worked with Judy for over a year to find a condo in downtown Sarasota to buy. She continually stayed in touch sending us listings to consider. When we wanted to put in an offer on a condo, she provided insight and strategic advice to ensure we had a competitive offer in a market environment where sellers were getting many offers. We got the unit and then visited in person a few weeks after the closing. (Yes, we bought it based on pictures and her knowledge of the building.) Judy went above and beyond to welcome us to our new condo when we visited for the first time - left food, wine, and goodies knowing we were flying down from Boston. She also had flowers in the kitchen and a floral arrangement in the master bath. A new bath mat was in the master bath as she worried we might slip on the tile in the bathroom as it was slippery. We were thinking about purchasing a seasonal home in Sarasota. We contacted Janis over a year ago and explained that it might take a few years before we were prepared to commit and she willingly worked with us on that basis. Equally important was how quickly and completely she understood the lifestyle we wanted in Sarasota and tailored the properties we were shown to meet our lifestyle goals. During our first meeting she provided us with a package of information on the arts and culture in Sarasota .Since we are not Sarasota locals, Janis helped us identify contractors, designers, etc. to assist us getting our new home ready for our arrival in the fall. Ron made the documentation and closing quick and efficient. Finally, both Janis and Ron were always quick to respond to calls and emails. They made the entire purchase experience as stress-free as could be expected. This is a team that goes the extra mile for their clients.

My husband and I were lucky to have met JoAnne 11 yrs ago when we moved to Venice. Over the years we stayed in touch When we decided to move back home to be near family she was the first person we thought of to list our home. JoAnne is extremely professional. She’s very knowledgeable about the Venice area. At a time when the market was very aggressive JoAnne made sure that the entire experience of selling our home went very smooth from the original listing to the open house and then the settlement. Sean provided excellent customer service. I lived outside of Florida and he helped me narrow down my focus on locations and types of property based upon my criteria. He brought me around to several neighborhoods, resales and new construction. I eventually settled on new construction which is in a great community with all the amenities I was seeking and close to my mother.
