Why Work With Us?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
Thankfully, having the strength and reputation of Michael Saunders & Company and my extremely knowledgeable realtor, Erin Halstead, working for me, made what could have been a very stressful process run very smoothly. The exceptional marketing that my homes received truly showcased them in a light that brought multiple offers quickly. Furthermore, the diligence of Erin ensured that when initial offers fell through she was on the phone immediately working to get those interested parties focused back on my properties. Without this level of dedication, I am sure my transactions would not have closed at the desired times which would have certainly cost me precious time and money. Thanks to Erin and your support staff, I am approaching the three-week mark of being in my beautiful new home!

I am very happy to report that I am completely satisfied with the professionalism that was displayed both with the selling of my property on Pinehurst and also the purchase of my new house. Anne Mitchell, my realtor, was thorough, extremely pleasant and easy to work with. Both properties were handled quickly and the paperwork wrapped up in a very timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Anne to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Betsy and I could not be more pleased with how professionally and thoughtfully Alex represented Michael Saunders & Company. We haven’t purchased a house since 1986, and never in Florida, and he was patient in leading us through the process. He was efficient, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator. His enthusiasm for Sarasota is infectious and his references, as well as restaurant recommendations, have already proven useful.

Ryndie was extremely professional, explained the process very well when I had questions and promptly returned my test messages and phone calls. She handled all communications with the buyer's broker, coordinated with my attorney as needed and kept me informed throughout the entire process of selling the property. I would not hesitate to use her as my agent again and would gladly recommend her to others.

From the moment we met Susan she was and still is a bundle of excitement, she spoke with a positive vision of things to come and with an attitude that she was going to sell our house, and find us a new home. At first, I thought it was a sales pitch attitude, but to see Susan in action, showed us how wrong we were during the showing of our house and the closing of our house. Let me share with you a little bit about myself, I am in the new home building industry, I build new homes for a living and I have seen many Realtors in action, and just to say, I am not impressed with what I have seen with them. I have bought and sold many houses in my lifetime and this is the first time I really had to, and wanted to share just a little of our experience with everyone at Michael Saunders & Company. Susan Katanic is an awesome Realtor, person and now we can say she is a friend. We are so impressed with Susan we are purchasing a new house and working with her again. If Catherine and I had to do this all over again we would have to work with Susan Katanic again. I recommend Susan Katanic to all who are Sellers and buyers of new or used homes. Susan is very knowledgeable in all contracts. Susan is not a diamond in the rough, but a flawless gem of high value in real estate. There is so much more to say, but I hope I made my point, Thank you Susan and Michael Saunders & Company.

We want to thank Felix Powers for shepherding us through our recent purchase at Venice Golf and Country Club. Felix was a pleasure to work with over the two years we were investigating our move. Patient and professional at all times, he helped us reach our end goal and we couldn't be happier. We will definitely recommend your real estate firm and Felix if we have the opportunity to do so in the future.

We are “snowbirds” and only in Florida for part of the year, but she was even a great help when we were out of state and toured a property to send us pertinent photos. When we finally found our place in the sun, she always promptly got back to us with all questions and concerns and helped to calm nerves and smooth things over. We would highly recommend her.

Marcia Cullinan did an excellent job representing your company as our listing agent. We used her services to buy the same property about 5 years prior. My husband and I would highly recommend Marcia & Michael Saunders & Co for real estate services.

From the first meeting, Susie Pratt was treating us in the most professional and caring manner. She went above and beyond to assure the most successful outcome of the process. She was always responding immediately to our requests and answering all our questions in a competent and knowledgeable way. In the last 25 years, we bought and sold four houses together and we never experienced such exceptional and personal service. We also had a lot of fun!Five stars all through!
