We had no intent of buying another home when we decided to enjoy the Florida weather for the winter of 2020/2021. Our plans were to rent a small condo in Nokomis as we never really spent much time on the Gulf. We thought we'd travel thru Florida and perhaps years down the road, we might settle for another place to call home. Venice grabbed our hearts. We strolled thru the Farmer's Market one Saturday in January and noticed the MSC office. The only reason that we stopped in was that we noticed Micheal Saunders's reality signs everywhere! We needed a booklet as we had no idea about the market, the area, prices, etc.. I believe the only person in the office that afternoon was Mr. Peter Mann. Peter has an amazing ability to listen. In minutes, he knew exactly what my wife and I required in yet another house. In fact, I remember him saying specific communities that he would be interested in if he were purchasing a home and one of those suggestions is where we were drawn to: Sawgrass! Peter is persistent, always available and extremely knowledgeable. He never quits. He loves his job and, more importantly, the people he meets along the way. Not only do we have a beautiful Florida home because of Peter, but my wife Susan and I have forever friends with Peter and Terry Mann.

There are far too many accolades we wish to include, in reviewing the way in which Kristina (Tina) von Kessel dealt with the sale of our home. From our first contact to the very last, there has been nothing but a level of professionalism that far surpassed any other experience we have had, in the sale of seven homes over the years.Ours was a very challenging sale, due to the fact that we were out of the country and had been so for an extended period. Additionally, we had not planned on selling our home in 2021. Thus, we left not only a home to be sold, but also all the furniture and furnishings to be dealt with. This was a daunting idea for us, but not for Tina. Tina priced our home well, focussing on positive features which set it apart from other similar homes. As our home had been empty for many months due to the pandemic, Tina ensured it was sold in the best possible condition, looking after maintenance issues that arose. This was impressive and will have us turning to Tina for future purchases. Tina was compassionate, caring, kind, thoughtful and efficient, all the while being proficient and professional. It is with absolute pleasure that we give Tina the highest rating possible, as she deserves this recognition and more.

We just began the process of looking for our winter home. So far we have had a great experience with Jinny. Jinny has/had family living in a town not far from us so we had a nice conversation about that. Looking forward to working with her. We are thinking of flying down in May and will set up appointment with her for that. It is something that we really need to be there for a decision this important in our life.

Linda, Sara and Chantelle did a fantastic job, helping us to locate and then buy a home in the Sarasota area. Coming in from out of state, it was a daunting task but they made it easy; we completed the whole process in under two months. Linda's local knowledge is amazing and she generously shared it with us, pointing out the highlights of her hometown. The whole team's familiarity with the process and inspectors and contractors was invaluable. You cannot go wrong working with them.

I have moved many times and been exposed to many realtors. Tony Boothby is by far the best that I have ever worked with. When we first engaged him we told him upfront that we were just tire kicking it and wanted to know the lay of the land. He did incredibly thorough research and spent the day with us driving us around showing us different communities and units. He is particularly knowledgeable about River strand where we park were renting as he has a place there. We enjoyed our stay at River Strand so much we decided to buy a condo there. Tony stepped us through the process and provided us all the information and insight that we needed. He was in constant touch with us and no request of ours was too small for him to handle. He suggested workarounds for some of the obstacles we faced. Tony is one of a kind.
