We’ve just completed our third closing together in the span of 8 months and I am extremely grateful for Lenore’s hard work, extensive knowledge, trustworthiness and her absolutely lovely, positive nature! Those four qualities are why I trusted her to help my daughter purchase a home in Sarasota from across the country, sight unseen. Those four qualities are why I trusted her to help my son purchase a home in Sarasota, from across the globe, also sight unseen. And those four qualities are why my sisters and I chose Lenore to be the listing agent of our parents’ once-glamorous waterfront estate on Siesta Key. The “Grande Dame” of yesteryear took a lot of work before it was ready to be shown and her team accomplished it all. I hope we won’t be buying or selling any more houses for a while but if we do, there is no one I’d rather work with than Lenore Treiman.

Most outstanding real estate professional I ever worked with in over 60 plus years. Excellent listener, clear thinker, covers all the details and resolves complications. Excellent communicator. Available and responsive. Never lost his positive approach even when I had. Always had my best interest in mind.

Marlene has provided excellent service for me in the sale of my condo. She took right over in the staging of my house to make it very appealing to those who were interested in considering my property She kept me well informed as customers showed interest I would highly recommend Marlene to anyone who is interested in a very comfortable sale of their house or condo in the Sarasota area.

Judy did a fantastic job on a not so easy to sell property that was in the name of a trust (in IN), due to an estate. She was VERY helpful and thorough. We could not have completed the sale without her! I would highly recommend her and use her again, if the opportunity ever arises.
