George and I wanted to pass along our appreciation for all Amy did for us in finding our dream home in Florida. We started the process over two years ago with getting a feel for the Sarasota/Bradenton area and what type of house we would like. Amy was very patient and responsive throughout the entire process. When we finally did decide on new construction it was during the Covid crisis preventing us from traveling to FL from CT to see the development in person and to check on the building progress. Amy stepped in and followed up with the builder on delays/clarifications as well as sending us weekly video updates on the progress. We couldn’t be happier with the great service she provided and care she displays for her clients throughout the entire process. Virtual acquisitions are not easy but Amy put our minds at ease to get us comfortable that everything was completed as expected. Christy is the most professional, understanding, easy going realtor anyone could ever ask for. She is patient and responds to any questions you may have in an instant and will drop whatever she is doing to help. We've dealt with other agents that showed us a few properties, became impatient when we didn't purchase one of them and then proceeded to blow us off. Christy will go to the ends of the earth to ensure you find the perfect home and won't abandon you even after the sale.
