Michelle was beyond wonderful. She was attentive, honest, and we never doubted that she had our best interest at the forefront. She is so kind and sweet and she always made us feel like we were her most important clients. We felt so bad that we had to take her away from family things due to our time running out to find a place. She acted like it was no bother and accommodated more than she had to. Helene is the most outstanding realtor we've ever worked with, and we've worked with many realtors over the years as we've bought and sold numerous homes. I've rarely met any professional who excelled in every aspect of their job. Helene is such a professional. Brett is smart, engaging, and really knows his market and real estate in general. Brett initially impressed me in that he “talked my talk”, though I was listening to a recording of myself only better! Brett’s enthusiasm is contagious and uplifting. Lou and I always enjoy the time we spend with Brett he has wonderful insight and ideas for the new house which we will start on as soon as he sells our existing property. We hired Tina Ciaccio to sell our house in the Concession and find us one in the Lakewood Ranch Country Club. Tina was by far the best agent I have ever worked with. She was friendly, courteous, professional, and driven to do well for me, her client. During the purchase of our home in the Country Club, she actually advocated strongly for me when things were going wrong with the deal. I've never had a real estate agent do that for me before. she facilitated the deal all the way through, always keeping me in the loop which was very important to me. While in the process of purchasing our new home, Tina also found us a buyer for the house we were selling, even before the listing became active. In a nutshell... My home recently sold, thanks to the efforts of Nancy Phillips and Beth Ann Boyer of your firm.In addition to the challenges of presenting a home during the lockdown, these ladies cleared many more hurdles. My realtors handled all the setbacks long-distance..staging the house when there were no stores open, finding contractors to repair things, and, supervising the contractors,finding ways to dispose of a home full of furnishings, and supervising the pack and move of the belongings.I felt when I chose this team that I was choosing the best. now I KNOW I did.
