I wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had working with Drew Russell and Olivia Russo on a recent real estate transaction. I listed a home as a Trustee for one of my clients. Drew’s advice on preparing the home was spot on and we were under contract very quickly. Unfortunately, that deal fell through due to the buyer but Drew worked very hard and got a more solid offer within days. Drew and Olivia were always available to answer any questions or concerns raised by me or the attorney who represents me in the case. Marianne Lebar recently sold my property and additionally helped me through the purchase process of a new condo at Esplanade at Palmer Ranch. Selling a primary home during a pandemic was nothing short of challenging. I very much appreciate how Marianne and all her colleagues were sensitive to my concerns and really conscientious in managing showing and open houses. We concluded our purchase in Lakewood Ranch on the 29th and everything went extremely well. It was a very quick closing but Pam Wall managed to get everything organized and completed in a timely manner. Her guidance and advice were invaluable.
