Lenore has that rare combination of professionalism, personality, and performance. She seems to quickly assess each client to determine how best to serve them. In my case, Lenore provided an overview of the entire sales process including photographing the unit and marketing it, reviewed each document in-person, alerted me to and discussed with me important aspects, and made herself available when I had questions, all with humor, compassion, and aplomb. Anita was the person for us! We asked to see a house that we found on our own and we met on short notice. Once we described what we were really looking for, she had 2 options to see in a day. Ray is AMAZING and went OVER and Beyond to help us find our dream home! He was so patient and understanding with our two little kids during everything and got them snacks and toys to keep them occupied while we looked for houses and learned about the different communities! I have a lot of experience in buying, selling, renting real estate over the years. I have dealt with countless agents, many of whom were obviously focused on only one thing, their own pocketbooks, trying every trick in the book, with the least amount of effort, work, and heart, to gain a listing, or to attempt bully tactics to "encourage" me to do one thing or another. Irene is the exact opposite as all that. She is extraordinarily well prepared, presentable, knowledgeable, honest, realistic, punctual, communicative, and professional. She responds quickly to emails or texts. She checks in with me frequently enough, while avoiding being overly aggressive or annoying. I have complete trust in her to handle our real estate dealings here in Englewood. Since moving here for some reason, it has been a bit of a challenge to find folks who are dependable, hard working, and professional. Maybe it is the tropical weather or something. But I am deeply impressed with Irene and her very high work ethic and without hesitation recommend her to anyone who is in need of a great agent.

Kim is an amazing realtor. We were in a situation where we had to relocate a family member and move her closer so we could care for her. This ment not only selling this home but also clearing out the entire house and getting it prepared to sell. The home had only one family in it but had not been updated in close to 25 years. Kim was able to manage and coordinate all repairs to enable us to put on the market. She put us in with contractors, cleaning services painters to assist us as we lived out of state and were unable to do this ourselves. In the end, Kim was able to sell our property at the price we needed. This type of care and dedication is rarely seen, especially in today’s times. Without Kim I have no idea how we would have ever been able to accomplish this. I highly recommend Kim Azar-Calka for anyone’s real estate needs.
