I wanted to share our wonderful experience with Sandi, who represented us as our buyer's agent when we were searching for a new home in Florida during the spring of 2025. Given that we were out-of-towners, we only had the chance to meet Sandi over the phone before diving into our house hunt. She impressed us right away with her thoughtful questions and respect for our budget. When we arrived in Florida for a whirlwind weekend of house hunting, Sandi had an efficient schedule lined up, with six houses ready for us to visit. Her extensive knowledge about each neighborhood and the surrounding areas was invaluable, especially since we were unfamiliar with the region. I couldn't help but feel that Sandi saved the best for last, knowing exactly which house would be the perfect fit for us. Throughout the process, Sandi was never pushy and always extremely responsive. She went above and beyond to assist us with inspections and follow-ups on requested repairs, which was a huge help considering we were not local. Even after the closing, Sandi continued to provide support by offering fantastic recommendations for service companies and even restaurants. We highly recommend Sandi for anyone looking to buy a home. While we don't plan on selling anytime soon, when that time comes, Sandi will be the first person we call.

Janis and Ron were the perfect people to help us sell our house, from the listing experience through to the moment of closing. They did an impressive job staging the house, and hired an extraordinary photographer who made the house look fabulous! Tom did a fabulous job. We put the house on the market in late August I believe, and he had the house sold in mid October which is a miracle in this market! If you need someone who will put as much effort into selling your home as a dog with a bone then Tom Childers is your man!!!

After trying to rent it with a rental agent, I was frustrated and didn’t know what to do when the rental agent lost the keys to the property. Zita has a smooth way of slow, talking, calm and professional always restored my confidence. The keys were returned, and the sale went through very well thank you Zita.
