We met Judy Nimz serendipitously last winter when we were causally exploring neighborhoods in Sarasota for a vacation home. Though we have visited many times on short vacations, we were still unsure about the many options around town. We were a bit overwhelmed with the thought of moving from Indiana to Florida. Jackie made it so easy. Any time we had a question she was quick to respond. The only thing she couldn’t do was follow us back to Indiana and sell our existing home. Thank you Jackie!

Working with Laurie was great! She was and top of everything from day 1 until closing. Buying my first home, I wasn’t quite sure of all the steps throughout the process and she made sure everything went smoothly. We started a sincere journey to buy a place in the Venice area after many years of dreaming about “someday”. Jackie was referred to us by mutual friends. The first thing we noticed that Jackie was interested in learning about our wants, our lifestyle and how we planned to live in a FL community. She was not pressing for a quick sale. That became more evident when we made an offer on one property, was part way through the process, then we terminated the deal. (It was the right decision but disappointing for all). She didn’t try to salvage it or pressure us. We kept in contact and periodically emailed about other available properties. The timing got better and Jackie found the perfect place for us. We did not go see it but she walked us through via FaceTime. We felt as if a trusted friend was guiding us through and pointing out features, not a salesperson looking to close a deal. She helped us through the offer process and listened to my input. Once we got the acceptance, the people to whom she referred us - from escrow, banking, contractors, all perfectly lined up to meet the time sensitive deadlines. Buying a house is stressful. Buying one without seeing it is doubly stressful. Jackie made us feel confident and in control, protecting our interests in the process. Highly recommend that you allow she and her team to do the same for you, whether buying or selling.

Working with Stacy was an absolute pleasure. She is the perfect combination of professional, congenial, and smart—always prepared, always kind, and always one step ahead. What impressed us most was her persistence when it was needed, and her genuine care for us as clients. We had some challenging moments after inspections, but Stacy worked tirelessly to help us navigate what was possible and what wasn’t, always keeping our best interests at heart. She was incredibly responsive—always taking our calls, promptly answering texts, and guiding us through every detail of the process, which was especially important since we were handling much of this from far away. If she wasn't available, her fabulous assistant, Sierra, was there to help. Stacy is a gem in a field with far too many realtors who don’t go the extra mile. We cannot recommend her highly enough—if you’re lucky enough to work with her, you’ll see the difference right away!
