The Michael Saunders' team was excellent. From the time we were put in contact with Karen, as we lived out of state, she worked with our schedule to show us properties and to understand our requirements. We received emails with listings that became available in the various neighborhoods that interested us. Once we found the house in which we were interested, Karen prepared our offer and negotiated the deal for us, arranged for the inspection and the final walk through; all the while corresponding with us and keeping us informed of any progress. She made everything easy and the settlement went off without a problem. Thank you Karen!

As a retired Engineer, I tend to over analyze and over research things. And, I did the same when trying to choose a Realtor. However, I finally came up with three potential candidates to market our home. Karen Brown was one of the three. And, to make a long story short, the other two talked themselves out of the job, while Karen Brown won the competition with honesty, politeness, market knowledge and genuine niceness. We followed her advice on how to make our home more attractive to potential buyers and were very pleased with the end result. She also helped us find our new home which we are very happy with also. We worked with Karen for a couple of months before actually listing our home. She was very professional, knowledgeable about the market. Karen used all available avenues to promote the sale of our home. She was always available to answer our questions. She guided us thru the photos, inspection, the appraisal . I would recommend Karen to anyone. We got a price for our home that was beyond our expectations.

Our experience with Karen Brown was a 5. We only had a limited time to look at properties since flying in from out of town, and she set the whole weekend aside for us. She contacted us via email beforehand to confirm the properties she had lined up to show us. After spending Saturday showing us those properties, she told us to go back to the hotel at night and look at any other properties we were interested in, and she would show them to us on Sunday. When we asked her to see one of the properties again that she had showed us on Saturday, she happily obliged, even showing us another empty property we were interested in on the spot. Viewing the two side by side helped us feel confident in our decision to go forward. Then when we put an offer in, she showed us the comps so we could put what we felt was a reasonable price in, along with her advice making it turnkey. We finally secured the place before leaving town on Monday, thrilled with the arrangement and the condo. She also suggested great places to eat, took us out for a cool drink, and showed us the town. My 95 year old Dad and I hired Karen Brown last year to help sell their family home as they downsized into an assisted living facility. Karen immediately became a trusted friend and real estate expert who guided us through the process of selling both the home and some additional properties. My dad passed away before the house sold but he would be proud of the integrity and astute business acumen that Karen always exuded on his behalf. She went above and beyond everyday to do whatever it took to sell the house. Now that we have sold it, I have listed several other properties with Karen.
