My husband and I recently sold our condominium in Sarasota with the help of Judy Nimz. The first time Judy saw our unit, she found problems that we were able to fix prior to selling. Her attention to detail allowed us to remediate a larger mold issue that we were not aware of and that would have been a much bigger problem for a potential buyer. Once we had an offer, Judy was extremely helpful in getting us to closing on time. We greatly appreciate her expertise in getting our unit sold!

We first met Judy Nimz a number of years ago when we visited Sarasota with friends and were doing some preliminary plans for our then future retirement in Florida. Over the next few years, on subsequent visits we would call Judy and ask if she would help us look for a home. We were upfront with her, shared that we didn't know exactly when we would or could make the move from Ohio to Florida - we just knew that we would...someday. As we searched for just the right location and home Judy provided first rate service. We never felt pressured to move more quickly. She is extremely knowledgeable and organized, and always returns phones calls or text messages promptly. When we visited this past spring, just before the Corona virus outbreak, we found the perfect home for us. In fact, we nailed it. Any move is a daunting task, but can you imagine one during a pandemic? With Judy's assistance it went so smoothly! We are now enjoying settling in to our home, its lanai, and the beautiful palm and fruit trees in our yard.
